These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NeoTestHub (the "Service"). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You sign in using a third-party provider (Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your provider account secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

2. Using the Service

You may take and create tests and surveys, study explanations, and earn rewards subject to these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to cheat scoring or rewards, disrupt the platform, access data without authorization, or upload unlawful or infringing content.

3. Content you create

You retain ownership of tests, questions, and other content you create, and you grant us a license to host and display it to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

4. Rewards

Rewards are credited to your wallet according to the rules of each test and may be redeemed as gift cards once you reach the stated minimum balance. Rewards have no cash value except as expressly redeemable, may be subject to limits and anti-abuse checks, and may be withheld or reversed for fraudulent or abusive activity.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding except as needed to use the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us (if any) in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
