This Privacy Policy explains how NeoTestHub ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services (the "Service"), which let you take and create online tests and surveys, learn from explanations, and earn redeemable rewards. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information from social sign-in. We offer sign-in only through third-party providers (Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn). When you sign in, we receive from the provider your name, email address, and (where available) profile picture and a unique account identifier. We do not see or store your social account password.

Activity information. Tests and surveys you take or create, your answers, scores, time spent, completion status, rewards earned, redemptions, and content you author.

Technical information. Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and usage events, collected through cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

• Create and authenticate your account and keep you signed in.
• Provide core features: delivering tests/surveys, scoring, explanations, results, and rewards.
• Operate the rewards wallet and process gift-card redemptions.
• Send transactional emails you ask for or that are part of the Service (invitations, reminders, results, perks).
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• Improve and analyze the Service.

3. Social login providers

We use Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn solely to verify your identity and create your account. We request only basic profile and email permissions. We do not post to your social accounts, access your contacts or friends, or read your social content. Your use of those providers is also governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not use them to build advertising profiles about you. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only: (a) with service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, email delivery, gift-card fulfilment) under confidentiality obligations; (b) when a test or survey you take is restricted or invitation-based, with the admin who owns it, limited to your participation, score, and the email it was sent to; (c) to comply with law or protect rights, safety, and security.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention is required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing.

8. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashed/rotated authentication tokens, role-based access controls, and audit logging of privileged actions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
