Data Deletion Instructions

NeoTestHub lets you delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. This applies whether you signed in with Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, avatar, and the social account identifier).
• Your test and survey attempts, answers, scores, and history.
• Your rewards wallet, earnings, and redemption records.
• Any tests or surveys you authored (or these are transferred/anonymized on request).

How to request deletion

Email neotesthub@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and permanently delete your data within 30 days, and confirm by email when done.

Deleting via Facebook

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove NeoTestHub from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. When Facebook notifies us of the removal, we delete the personal data we hold for that account on the same 30-day basis described above.
